Q. Locked out when attempting to log onto PEAR?


A. Here are a few suggestions if you are locked out of the PEAR provider portal.


Entering PEAR Log-On Credentials

  1. Manually enter your PEAR username and password
  2. Utilize Forgot Password? option on the PEAR Log In screen and re-set your password or, request your PEAR administrator to re-set your password


Remove PEAR from Favorites

  1. Delete PEAR from favorites or bookmarked sites of your web browser.
  2. Clear browser history.
  3. Log onto PEAR at https://pearprovider.com and re-save to favorites.
